As everyday life becomes increasingly digital, older adults are expected to adapt to a world that was not necessarily designed with them in mind. ‘Out of Sync’ follows Maria and Grace as they navigate a digital world in their own ways, from figuring out unfamiliar apps and devices to making payments. Through their experiences, the documentary asks: as technology continues to shape our future, are we building a world that includes the generation that helped shape our present?
